Renting is often complicated, so it is important to carefully assess your needs before you start looking. A properly completed application to maximise your chances
Once you have found the property that is right for you, we will complete an application form. This acts as a guarantee for the owner, ensuring that the future tenant is reputable and solvent. The application contains the future tenant's employment contract, a copy of their identity card and social security card. Specific information (such as smoking, pets, etc.) may also be included.
From signing the tenancy agreement to collecting the keys
Once the application has been accepted by the landlord, the tenant must sign the tenancy agreement and pay a deposit (usually equivalent to two months' rent excluding utilities) and the agency fee (one month's rent excluding utilities + 15% VAT). We then hand over the keys to the new home.
