When your property is being sold, a provisional sale agreement is signed and the buyer has a specific period, stated in writing, to apply for a loan from the financial institution of his choice. If the bank loan is refused, the agreement will be considered null and void. In the event of a positive response, you should allow an average of one month for the notarial deed to be completed.
